Frequently Asked Questions

What is SNACKD?

Like to try snacks from around the world? Then SNACK'D is for you. Each month we look for the most tasty snacks from various different countries to send to you.

How does it work?

Click on the choose box button. Select your box (Mini Taster, Classic or Sharing box), then select your plan. Fill in all the billing info and then your all set. Cancel at anytime.

How many snacks are in a box?

In the Mini Taster box you get 5+ snacks and in the Classic box you get 10+ snacks which may include a drink. We also have a sharing box which is double of everything in the classic box.

What's in the box ?

Your box could include crisps, crackers, biscuits, chocolates, sweets, a drink etc. Every month the box will include a variety of snacks.

What if I have a food allergy ?

We can not cater for food allergies. Some of our products may contain common food allergens; if you are unsure if a product contains an ingredient that may cause an allergic reaction, do not eat it. The products are manufactured externally, and we therefore cannot guarantee that the ingredients are accurate or that cross-contamination did not occur. 

I just placed an order, how do I know what snacks I will be getting ?

The snacks you will get in your box will remain a mystery until you receive the box.  A leaflet will be included with a QR code to scan which will open the page to let you know what your delicious snacks are.

Now that I have subscribed, when do I receive my first box ?

The cut off date is the last day of each month for example if you sign up on the 25th August, your box will be sent out the first week of September. If you sign up after the last day of the month for example on the 5th September, your box will be sent out the first week of October.

I've just signed up, when will I be billed next ?

All active subscriptions are billed on the 11th of each month. You won't be billed twice in the same month. So for example if you sign up on the 5th May, you will receive your first box at the beginning of June and be billed for your next box on the 11th June.

I've ordered from the shop, when will I receive my box ?

All shop orders are sent out the same day if ordered before 12pm. Any orders after 12pm will be sent out the next working day.

Missed Delivery

It is the customers responsibility to collect undelivered parcels from their local Royal Mail delivery office, Royal Mail hold any undelivered parcels for 18 days. 

Royal Mail do not leave a missed you card with 2nd class post. Please check your tracking number regularly for updates. If we have to resend a box you have failed to collect, you will be charged for postage.

Moving Home ?

Please ensure you update your account with your new address before the 25th of the month.
